The Mr. Sun Team |

 John Patterson President and Founder From a real estate and home construction background, John started Mr. Sun in 1980. Since then he has installed over 1,300 solar water heaters, solar pool heaters and photovoltaic systems, and serviced thousands more. Not only an expert on all major systems that have been sold over the past 25 years, he is also an active voice in state energy policy discussions and a great advocate for renewable energy awareness. A frequent speaker at schools and solar energy fairs, John has conducted a variety of workshops and has been the keynote speaker at Sol-West, the region's largest energy fair. John's experience and dedication to solar energy are the foundation for everything we do at Mr. Sun. His goal is to help bring about the global transition to a renewable energy economy by demonstrating practical ways to use solar energy. |

 Ray Pokorny Sales Associate/Solar Thermal Technician Ray is a specialist in passive solar home design and construction as well as window treatments. He also holds the Solar Thermal License (STL) which qualifies him to install solar water heating systems. |

 Jonathan Patterson Webmaster With a Masters degree from UC Berkeley in ethnomusicology, music will always be his first love. He's no slouch as a webmaster; wouldn't you agree? Keeping us on the cutting edge, Jonathan is Mr. Sun's son. |
